I currently offer sessions both in person and online. In person sessions take place at The House on Snow Hill in the City of London, just walking distance from St Pauls, Barbican and Farringdon Underground stations. It offers a peaceful and confidential space to explore and develop a deeper understanding of your difficulties and patterns of relating. Online sessions take place over zoom, skype or microsoft Teams. If you opt for online sessions, it is recommended that you create a dedicated, quiet and private space, free from distractions.
